India: A Symphony of Cultures.

On the occasion of 78th Independence Day, ICYM Eliyarpadav conducted a small program on August 15 at 7:15 A.M  near church ground.

Viyola Dsouza was the MC of the program.The Program was led by a prayer song. Rev.Fr.John Dsouza Parish Priest, Elias Dcunha parish Vice President, Everist Roche parish Secretary were the dignitaries of the program. Galwin Dsouza President of ICYM Eliyarpadav unit welcomed the gathering.Fr John Dsouza hoisted the flag and spoke about Independence Day. Liza Roche Secretary proposed vote of thanks.

Following the Independence Day celebrations, ICYM Eliyarpadv organized a cleanliness drive. The initiative focused on several key areas: cleaning the local bus stand to enhance its appearance and usability, tidying up the surroundings of the church to maintain its welcoming environment, and addressing the cleanliness of public spaces outside the church. The drive aimed to improve the local environment and promote community pride and responsibility. Volunteers actively participated in removing Plastic etc, contributing to a more pleasant and organized neighborhood.
